Here’s where I was about to put up a post continuing on from where I left off a fortnight ago (read that post here), focusing on the differing approaches to achieving your health and fitness goals.
As I was rushing to get it done though, I realised that it could be much better and way more detailed, end result being that hopefully you’ll get more out of it.
So for that reason I’m going to take another week and make it as good as it should be, and I’ll include some references for some follow up reading/listening for you as well.
